Senior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

• To handle full set of accounts and financial reports.
• To be responsible for daily accounting activities i.e., sales invoicing, credit control, receipts and payments, voucher preparation and etc
• To prepare monthly closing of accounts and reports for timely submission to Management
• To prepare all sales and accounting related documents/reports
• To perform  monthly reconciliations
• Perform general administrative functions, which include general correspondence and carry out work assigned by management.
• Liaise with Auditor, Company Secretary and Tax Agent

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in LCCI, Advanced/Higher/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Good knowledge in MS office
• Knowledge in Accounting software is essential i.e MYOB
• At least 2 year(s) working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Able to start work immediately or short notice
• Position based at Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur
