We invite suitable candidate to join our dynamic and expanding company for the following position:
1. ACCOUNT ASSISTANT - Johor
Responsibilities
- Handling on account payable and daily account entries.
- Preparation of general account and administration documentations as assigned by the management.
- Possess own transport.
- LCCI Higher/Diploma/ Degree in Accounting.
- Proficient in Ms Office skills, preferably with ACCPAC windows experience.
- At least 2 to 5 years in relevant working experience.
2. Shipping Executive - Johor
Responsibilities
- Working together with Logistic Manager in liaising with local and overseas transportation/forwarding agencies for all shipments ensuring the accuracy timely import/export deliveries to oversea group and third-party customers.
- Liaising with custom and other government agencies in relate to shipping/logistic legalistic requirements.
- Inter-facing and coordinate with related departments on the delivery schedules and report to Logistic Manager and AGM on shipping/logistic matters.
- Take charge on preparation of inward/outward shipping documentations and ensure all overseas import/exports are on smooth flow with timely clearance and delivery of shipment to customers.
- To handle ad-hoc logistical problem and produce alternate solution.
- Professional Certificate / Degree in Shipping/Logistic management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience specialization in freight/shipping/logistic in the manufacturing background.
- Familiar with custom clearance procedures and regulations, experience in handling/dealing with different government agencies (MITI, MIDA, FAMA etc) in related to import /export requirements.
- Meticulous and willing to work on long hours as and when needed.
- Require languages: English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia. Bilingual both in oral and written is required in facilitating to liaison and supports to our Taiwan and China markets.
- Possess own transportation
- Related working experiences are required for this position.
- Salary Range: RM3, 000 – RM4, 500
Responsibilities:
- Upkeep and cleaning of all company Café and Laboratory.
- Cleaning and housekeeping of café reception areas, furniture’s and utensils.
- Prepare and serve cold and hot beverages (tea/coffee) for visitors/clients as and when required.
- Stock upkeep for refreshments and cleaning material for QC, R&D Departments.
- Any ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, preferably in food handling management / hospitality academic.
- With or without working experience.
- Reliable, self-esteem, humble, initiative to do task and good inter-personality.
- Personable, pleasant and soft-characteristic.
- Male/Female age at 20 - 25.
- Full-Time position(s) available.

Working Hour: 0830 – 1730 Alternate Saturday 0830-1230. OT is required upon requested.
