1. Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• To prepare monthly progress claim, Variation Order, Quotation.
• To prepare project preliminary costing.
• To prepare sub-con progress claim.
• To prepare final account and etc.
• Taking off /measurement (Structural / Architectural drawing) and prepare B.Q.
•  Proper Filing As per Contract Requirement.

Requirements:

• Experience in pre & post Contract Stage.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate   Diploma, Quantity Survey or equivalent
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Computer literate and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
• Preferred candidate who can converse in Mandarin

2. Despatch cum Driver

Responsibilities:

• Despatch duties and administrative works as when required
• Any other relevant duties as assigned by Management from time to time

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level in any field
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity
• Familiar with travelling route in K.L & Selangor
• Full-Time position available
• Malaysian citizens only.

3. Purchasing Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, planning, negotiating, purchasing and inventory control of construction materials.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of purchases.
• Communicate and coordinate with the Site Manager/Project Manager for selection of materials.
• Develop and implement site inventory management including analysis, reporting and action plans.
• Continuous improvement to minimize inventory costs and provide necessary management reporting.
• Establish good purchasing standards and practices.
• Maintain proper records of purchases, quotations, vendors’ information and documentations.

Requirements:

• Strong sense of confidentiality, meticulous, responsible, mature and pleasant personality.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
