1. CNC Programmer – 3 Positions

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant field
• Min. 3 years in Mould Design Experience in Plastic Injection Moulding
• Knowledge of plastic materials and experience in plastic injection moulding
• Knowledge of Tool room machining activities
• Knowledge ofSoftware UG, Cimatron, Unigraphics N8,Autocad 2010&Pro E to work on the design and development of plastic and injection moulding moulds and fixtures
• Knowledge on handling CNC machine tool and ability to understand machining processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provides support by preparing standard layouts, detail drawings and assembly drawings.
• Utilize knowledge of various moulding techniques and processes, machines, engineering practices, mathematics, materials and other physical sciences to complete drawings.
• Demonstrate full commitment to all produced CNC programs are in compliance with quality
• Responsible to write & create CNC program’s and method sheets for machine shop before the machining operation’s getting started.
• To make sure the produced CNC programs are proved and optimized by utilizing programming software.
• To monitor machining times and optimize it from time to time by implementing new machining technique’s and methods.
• To write and maintain the proven CNC program database at all time with matching the revisions of programme’s against the engineering technical drawings.

2. Mould Designer – 3 Positions
Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant field
• Min. 3 years in Mould Design Experience in Plastic Injection Moulding
• Knowledge of plastic materials and experience in plastic injection moulding
• Knowledge of Tool room machining activities
• Knowledge of Software UG, Unigraphics N8,AutoCAD 2010 & Pro E to work on the design and development of plastic and injection moulding moulds and fixtures

Responsibilities:

• Provides support by preparing standard layouts, detail drawings and assembly drawings.                                                           
• Create and revise mould and fixture designs - Check drawing dimensions and tolerances, component materials and finishes, material and finish specifications, relation of drawing to other associated drawings, and checks relationship of part to assembly.                                                                      
• Utilize knowledge of various moulding techniques and processes, machines, engineering practices, mathematics, materials and other physical sciences to complete drawings.                                                                                             
• Develop accurate 3D solid model assemblies of moulds and/or fixtures- Produce detailed drawings of products
