SFE Administrator (Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely monthly reporting of KRA for the DKSH Sales team
• Liaison with various sales teams (DKSH Marketing, Field Sales Team) on the collation of data for KRA.
• Troubleshoot errors, and manage data changes such as staff turnovers, accounts reclassification & other changes which affect KRA reporting
• Data compilation of various reports and merging into a final reporting worksheet
• Checks & verifies accuracy of data and reporting numbers
• Sorting and ranking of performers and non performers to highlight on strength & opportunities
• Manages DC Sales data such Jusco & Tesco for incorporation into DKSH & TS KRA and SIP

Manages Trade Sales SIP by:

• Tracking of Trade Sales team’s Sales achievement using TM1 formulae
• Collation & compilation of various KRAs for payout purposes
• Liaison with various trade sales division for various KRAs achievement such as Discipline Expense Management,
• Forecasting Accuracy, Promotion Effectiveness, Store & Business Reviews etc.
• Checks & verifies accuracy of data and reporting numbers.

TM1 Database Management & Reporting

• Perform daily maintenance functions of TM1 and delivers timely daily sales & stocks reports
• Validate & troubleshoot monthly maintenance of TM1 and delivers timely monthly sales & stocks reports.
• Coordinate with NFSM for Sales Budget / Target with coordination for Mancom approval and update into TM1 and to
• DMSB IT.
• Liaison with Sales Manager on Channel Classification
• Performs Half Yearly review of Database integrity

Assisting SFE on tracking and sales management

• Compilation of Monthly Dealer Record Card tracking & updating to Sales Team
• Verification and reporting of Simulation File for Inventory Holding to Sales Team

Ad hoc projects assistance in:

• DEEC & PEEC tracking & updates
• Assisting Sales Conference & other Mass Ad Hoc Meetings / Conference
• Reach Gap analysis

Requirements:

• Candidate should possesses a degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Admin or related field.
• 3 - 4 years working experience in sales management / Financial Planning position in an FMCG environment.
• Analytical, articulate and enjoy working with data.
• Good team work player.
• Excellent command of English in both writing and spoken.
• Must be dependable and meticulous with strong analytical skills, especially Nielsen Retail Audit.
• Able to handle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, prioritize tasks that being assigned.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for data mining and analysis.
