1. Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Project Manager and Project Coordinator in the delivery of projects by supervising and coordinating the on-site activities.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all company regulations and safety legislation and communicates these to all workers.
• Enforce compliance, administrating disciplinary actions as required.
• Supervise workers
• Supervise operations associated with supply, production control and quality assurance.
• Attend site meetings, progress meetings and management meetings.
• Supervise the delivery & distribution of materials on site
• Assist in resources planning to meet construction schedule.

Task:

• Day to day supervision of personnel involved in the project
• Coordinate equipment and resources
• Attend daily/ weekly Safety toolbox meetings
• Attend and contribute to monthly company meetings
• Report any incidents or near misses in the work place immediately as per company procedures

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): AutoCad.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Self- motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Knowledge of Chinese language is an added advantage
• Familiar with and understand engineering design, technical knowledge, budgeting, cost estimation and contract specification in the industry
• Strong networking skills with authorities , consultants and sub-contractors
• A team player with strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skill
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Valid CIDB Green card
• At least 3 years’ experience in a Site Supervisory or management role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
•  Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of CAD or similar programs

2. Draughtsperson (2 Vacancies)

Responsibilities:

• Produce drawings using computer assisted drafting systems (CAD).
• Draft plans and detailed drawings for structures, installations, and construction projects
• Draw maps, diagrams, and profiles, using cross-sections and surveys
• Correlate, interpret, and modify data
• Finish and duplicate drawings and documentation packages, according to required mediums and specifications for reproduction
• Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from civil engineers to ensure that they conform to design concepts.
• Supervise and train other technicians and drafters.
• Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections or technical investigations to obtain data required to revise construction drawings.
• Determine the order of work and method of presentation
• Calculate excavation tonnage and prepare graphs
• Explain drawings to construction teams and provide adjustments as necessary.
• Calculate weights, volumes, and stress factors and their implications for technical aspects of designs.
• Determine quality, cost, strength and quantity of required materials, and enter figures on materials lists.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification preferably with Certificate in Building or Engineering
• Required skill(s): AutoCad.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 3 years of working experience and good at AutoCad drawings
• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
