We offer a full range of interior design and interiors arhictecture service ranging from Design, Supervision, Co-ordination to Turnkey for offices, commercials, residentials, retails, recreational facilities and others. 1. Project Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate progress of work.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants and contractors pertaining to project activities.
• Assist in preparation of project budgeting and project feasibility study.
• Assist in value management to enhance cost optimization in compliance with the required quality.
• Assist in design review based on budgetary cost and cost control.
• Coordinate consultants’ design input for the project.
• Pre-qualification and short-listing of contractors and sub-contractors for tenders.
• Coordinate property handover activities and defects rectification status.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical / operational issues independently.
• To satisfy that setting out accurately reflects contract requirements.
• To supervise all material tests and keep records.
• To monitor and record the progress of site activities.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Architecture or Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Interior Design
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Applicants must have good personality and self initiative
• Preferably with experience in property development or construction company
• Exposure in commercial projects will be an added advantage

2. Interior Designer
(Bandar Sri Damansara, KL)

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree in Art & Design or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Required skill(s): Autocad, 3Dmax, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator software and etc.
• Required language(s): English & Chinese
• Applicants must be willing to travel.
• Applicants willing to work at 8trium, Bandar Sri Damansara.
• Full-time position required.
• Car allowance will be provided if required travelling.
• Malaysian citizens only.
