The scope of industry covers programming, product development, business analysis, marketing and sales, as well as online endevour. Xentral Methods also had a Digital Magazine (DigiMag) arm and corporate system for digital content.

1. DIGITAL BOOK STORE EXECUTIVE (FULL TIME)
Cyberjaya

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain the digital platform for the Company such as Website, Email Marketing, Social Media advertising and applications.
  • Increase and drive digital brand presence and brand online engagement with customers.
  • Create and manage contents for products and brands on all digital platforms of the Company.
  • Plan, execute, monitor and evaluate social media/digital marketing campaigns for the Company.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess Diploma/Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising and Multimedia with one (1) year working experience.
  • The candidate must have knowledge in the book industry.
  • Passionate about social media and digital marketing, internet savvy and digital devices literate.
  • Able to work independently and/or as a team and adapt to different work situations or work environment.
  • Must be analytical, loves troubleshooting, confident, proactive, enthusiastic, meticulous and a good eye for detail.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Location: Cyberjaya, 9am-6pm
Offering Salary : RM2,500 – RM 4,000 basic per month depending on experience

2. ONLINE/OFFLINE MARKETING EXECUTIVE (FULL TIME)
Cyberjaya

Responsibilities :
  • Seek new channels for effective online advertising, develop sales & promotional campaigns, strengthen corporate brand, build and maintain relationship with key business partners.
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in Advertising.
  • Fresh graduates with proven track record of leadership positions are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent soft skills, brilliant manager, communication and presentation skills, friendly and approachable, self-starter with high energy of achievement.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
  • Location : Cyberjaya, 9am-6pm.
Offering Salary :  RM2,500 – RM 3,000 basic per month depending on experience and skills + very high commission (4%).

3. HEAD OF SALES (FULL TIME)
Cyberjaya

Responsibilities :
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirement, strong understanding about social media marketing.
  • Lead the marketing functions including advertising, promotions, events, public relations, talk shows, etc. Communicate with internal and external media, agencies and any related parties in professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Manage brand identity and consumer research data.
  •  Implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness; identify marketing opportunities; monitoring and guide the sales team activity.
  • Other duties related to the Company as assigned by Director.
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess a Professional/Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in Advertising. Must be willing to work flexible hours.
  • Excellent soft skills, brilliant manager, communication and presentation skills, friendly and approachable, self-starter with high energy of achievement.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
  • Location : Cyberjaya, 9am-6pm.
Offering Salary : RM4,000 – RM 5,000 basic per month depending on experience and skills + very high commission (4%) + travelling allowances.
