1. Telesales Executive
Pulau Pinang
Responsibilities:
- Develop new clients and manage existing accounts over the phone.
- Develop a good and professional relationship with customers and potential customer
- Gather the required information from customer and feedback to our sales/technical team.
- To promote latest products or any latest promotion to existing/new customers.
- To invite targeted customers to attend seminars or product launching event.
- To assist sales executives in all sales related matters when needed.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Requirements
- Minimum diploma or equivalent
- Experience in telesales/customer service will be an added advantage
- Pleasant personality, cheerful voice and ability to speak fluent English.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Pulau Pinang
Responsibilities:
- Developing the market for our Mechanical or AEC software solution.
- Understanding customer’s business.
- Ability to present on the benefits and advantages of using our system.
- Ability to propose the best mix of hardware and software to meet the customer’s requirement.
- Successfully closing the deal and ensure sales target achieved.
- Ensuring that the customer’s requirement is fulfilled after delivery, installation, commissioning and training.
- Monitoring future requirements of the customer.
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree
- At least 1 - 2 years of business development experience in one of the following:
- Mechanical Design Architectural Engineering Construction
- Civil Design
- Chemical and Processes
- Candidate with experience in industry of Property, Accounting and IT Software will be added advantage
- Possess own transportation.
- Internship positions are available if you do not meet the minimum requirements.
