1. IT cum Admin - Kang
Responsibilities:

• Provide support for software & hardware upgrading that includes installation, configuration and troubleshooting of office computer systems, network and applications.
• To maintain and ensure that the office IT system conform to applicable standards set by Management.
• Responsible for setting up & maintaining website, email system & related matters.
• Data back up & support.
• Undertakes actions or decisions to ensure that the services we used meet standards for availability.
• Other ad hoc duties.
• Other task as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
• Self-motivated, Proactive and resourceful.

2. Sales & Rental Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:

• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Computer literate.
• Able to travel frequently within Malaysia.
• Able to maintain good rapport with customers.
• Non experience candidates are also encouraged to apply.
• Able to perform with minimum supervision.
• Other ad hoc duties.
• Other task as assigned by the management.
• Candidates with proven Sales record will be given attractive remunerative package and incentive.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Port Klang.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.

3. HR Assistant - Klang

Responsibilities:

• Assist in payroll cycles using computerize payroll system (Handle EPF, SOCSO, Tax Deduction)
• Checking and verify staff OT and claims
• Handle documentation related to HR.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
• Other task as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Ability to converse in English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Possess pleasant personality, committed and able to work under pressure.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
